We are located on the 4th Floor of Kartar Bhavan, which is right near PAU Gate No. 1 on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy road below, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. DEBRIS BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is our small operation here. It’s a good location because the Punjab Agricultural University is right there, so everyone knows the landmark. The office itself is just a regular professional space, nothing too flashy or modern. We’ve got our computers and our drafting tables, and that’s about it. We do a lot of building work across Ludhiana-141001, which is a city that never seems to stop growing. There’s always another project or another site to visit. We spend a lot of time in the car, moving between the office and the various spots where we have crews working. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like, but it keeps us moving. We don't really do the big sales pitches. Most people find us because they’ve seen our signs at a construction site or heard about us from someone else. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep it that way without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just focus on the bricks and the plans.
