Our place is at House No. 207 in Narotam Nagar, which is right here in Khanna. This part of Ludhiana is always full of life and people moving around. We make snacks in our facility. It is not a huge fancy factory like you might see on TV. It is just a practical place where we get the work done every single day. The kitchen gets really hot when we are frying things, especially during the long Punjab summers. A small crew works here and most of us have been together for a long time. We handle the ingredients, do the cooking, and then pack everything into bags. You can often see our delivery vans parked out front on the narrow streets. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the space, but we try to keep things orderly. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. Our focus is simply on making sure the snacks are ready on time. Some days the machines break or the electricity goes out, and we just have to deal with it. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't looking to change the world; we just want to run our shop and provide for our families. Being in Narotam Nagar feels like home because everyone knows everyone else. We just keep our heads down and work. If you walk by, you will likely smell whatever we are cooking that morning.
