Crown Coffee Machine & Comm. Kitchen Equipment is located at 113, Partap Colony. We are right on Kochar Market Road, not too far from Geeta Mandir Park. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare when the market is full. We deal with all sorts of kitchen gear, but coffee machines are the main thing people come in for. You walk in and it usually smells like old grounds because we’re always testing something or repairing a pump. It’s a bit of a workshop feel rather than a showroom. We have parts scattered around and tools on the benches. People from local cafes come by when their equipment breaks down, and they’re usually in a hurry. We do our best to help them out without promising the moon. It’s a lot of hands-on work, getting grease on your hands and trying to figure out why a boiler isn't heating up. Model Gram is a busy residential and commercial mix, so we see all kinds of people. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, the machines, and the customers who know where to find us. Usually, a cup of tea is brewing somewhere in the back. It’s just a steady, local business run by people who know their way around a kitchen. We try to keep it simple.
