Credai Ludhiana Forum

Our office for the Credai Ludhiana Forum is located at SCF 27-28 in the lower ground floor of Sukhmani Enclave. We are right by the Southern Bye Pass, near the Barewal Bridge. It’s a busy area in Ludhiana, especially with all the traffic coming off the bridge. We act as a hub for people in the real estate and building industry here. It’s more of a meeting place and a workspace than a traditional shop. We have folks coming in and out all day to talk about local developments or share news about the trade. The office itself is practical. We have some tables, chairs, and a lot of documents regarding local building rules and forum activities. Ludhiana is a huge city with a lot of construction going on, so staying connected at the Southern Bye Pass location helps us stay informed. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. It can get a bit crowded when we have a group gathering, but we make do with the space we have. Working from the lower ground floor keeps it a bit cooler during the hot Punjab summers, which is a nice bonus. We just focus on being a point of contact for our members and keeping things moving along. It’s steady work and we enjoy the community aspect of it. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we manage. We’ve been at this Sukhmani Enclave spot for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s a good spot.
