If you climb up to the third floor of City Tower on the main road in Model Town, you'll find our office. It’s a bit of a hike if the lift is slow, but we’ve been here at Creative Hi-tech Builders and EngineersLLP for a bit. Ludhiana is a loud city, especially near the main road, but once you’re inside, things quiet down enough to look at some plans. We are mostly engineers and builders who grew up around here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the drawings and the actual construction work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the shops downstairs. It gets messy with all the paper and coffee cups around. We try to keep things organized, but when you're busy, things get a bit chaotic. Our address at 527 R is easy to find if you know Model Town. We deal with a lot of local stuff, nothing too crazy. It's just honest work. We talk to the laborers, figure out the costs, and try to stay within what people can actually afford. Some days are harder than others, especially when the rain stops everything. We just keep at it because that's what we know how to do. No fancy speeches here, just some folks trying to build something decent in our part of town for the people who live here too.
