Corus America Usa is situated in Ludhiana, right at house number 1168 in Urban Estate Phase 2. It’s a bit of a funny name for a place in Punjab, but that’s just what the company is called. We work out of this house, which makes the whole atmosphere feel very different from a standard office building. It’s a bit more relaxed, and you won’t find any cubicles or nameplates here. We handle the various tasks associated with the Corus name, mostly focusing on paperwork and coordination. Ludhiana is a city that is always moving, but in Urban Estate, things are a little bit calmer. We don't have a big staff or a fancy marketing department to tell our story. We are just a few people who know the business and try to get things right every day. The office is full of files and computers, and it feels like a place where real work happens. We don’t use any of those big corporate phrases that you see in brochures. We just talk like regular people. If you drop by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a shipment or a technical detail. We’ve been in Phase 2 for a while now, and we like the neighborhood. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the unnecessary costs of a big office. We just focus on the day-to-day and keep things moving.
