China Industries

You can find China Industries over at 822 Pratap Nagar in Guruwar Peth. This area is full of history and old buildings, and our shop fits right in with the rest of them. We’ve been operating out of this location for years. The streets around here are quite narrow, so getting large deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside, the shop is filled with the smell of cold metal and cutting oil. We do a lot of traditional industrial work. There aren't any fancy computers doing the work for us; it’s mostly just steady hands and old-fashioned machines. We have a lot of regular customers from around the Peth who have been coming to us for a long time. We don't really do any big promotions or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. The shop floor is always a bit cluttered with half-finished projects and crates of raw materials. It’s a practical environment. We don't mind the noise or the dirt because it means we are getting things done. At the end of the day, we sweep up the floor, turn off the lights, and walk home through the familiar streets of Guruwar Peth. It’s a routine that hasn't changed much in a long time, and we are quite happy with that.
