Centex Ltd. is based over near the Ludhiana Real Estate area, specifically in Guru Amar Das Nagar. It’s a part of town that has seen a lot of growth lately, but we’ve been tucked away here for a while. Being near the real estate hub means there is always someone talking about property or new buildings going up nearby. Our spot is pretty modest, and we don't try to compete with the flashier offices you might see closer to the main roads. We just have our space in Guru Amar Das Nagar where we can focus on our own work without too much distraction. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with parked cars, but we manage to find a spot. The office has a very lived-in feel to it, with mismatched chairs and a printer that sometimes acts up when we need it most. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do what Centex Ltd. needs to do for the day, and that’s that. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. Most of the people around here know us by now, and we like the familiar faces we see every morning when we open up. It’s a practical location for us and it keeps us busy enough.
