BK MACHINE TOOLS is based at No. 6393 in Street No.4 of New Janta Nagar, right by the Itta Wala Chowk. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of small workshops and residences mixed together. The street is quite narrow, so getting large deliveries in can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Our shop is a modest space filled with all kinds of machine tools and parts. We have been in this specific spot for quite a long time, and we know almost everyone on the street. It is the kind of place where you can hear the sounds of neighbors talking and children playing while you work. Inside, we have benches set up for different tasks. It is often a bit dark, and the walls are stained from years of work, but it is a place where we feel comfortable. We do not have a sales team or any corporate slogans. We just wait for people to come in with their requirements. Most of our customers are local mechanics or small business owners who need reliable tools. We spend a lot of time organizing our inventory because we have so many small bits and pieces to keep track of. We often sit outside on a stool for a break and watch the activity at the chowk. It is a simple life centered around the work we do with our hands. We take pride in just being a steady part of the local community.
