You can find Bitto Mechanical Works at B-18 in Hargobind Nagar. We are quite close to C. M. C. Chowk, which makes it easy for people to find us. The shop is full of spare parts and tools hanging on the walls. It’s a bit cramped because we have so much stuff packed in. There is always a tractor or a small engine being taken apart on the floor. We get grease on our clothes and under our fingernails every single day. That’s just part of being a mechanic. We don't have a receptionist. If you walk in, you just talk to whoever isn't under a machine at that moment. We’ve got an old radio that stays on in the background, mostly playing local news or music.
