Bitla Steel Sales Corporation

You can find us at No. 14 in the Indra Market on Gill Road. It is a very busy market area and there is always some sort of commotion going on outside our door. We sell steel, and we’ve been doing it from this same small shop for a long time. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep as much stock as possible on the floor. It is definitely not a place for someone who doesn't like getting their hands a bit dirty. Most of the time it’s just us answering the phones and helping customers who wander in from the market. Gill Road traffic can be a real headache in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early if we can. We know all the other shopkeepers around here and it feels like a little community. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have our name on the board out front. If someone needs a bit of steel for a project, they know where to find Bitla. We try to keep a decent variety of items so people don't have to go searching all over town. Sometimes we run low on things and have to wait for the trucks to come in. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just keep showing up and selling our steel.
