Bhaanot Builders Private Limited

Bhaanot Builders Private Limited is run out of House 145 on Chandigarh Road in Ludhiana. We are right near the Baba Jaswant Singh Dental College, so it’s a landmark most people in this part of the city know quite well. Our building business is a bit of a local affair. We don’t have a big corporate office in a glass tower; we just work from this house where we can keep an eye on everything. Ludhiana is a fast-moving city, and Chandigarh Road is always busy with traffic and new developments popping up every month. We’ve been part of this community for quite a while now. Most of our work comes from local people who know us or have seen our previous builds around the neighborhood. We aren't into fancy slogans or saying we are the best at everything in the world. We just do the building work as it comes to us. It’s often a bit messy and loud, but that’s just how construction is. My team and I spend our days making sure the materials are on site and the laborers know exactly what the plan is for the day. Sometimes the heat in Punjab makes things difficult, but we manage to get through it. House 145 is our base where we handle the billing and the occasional meeting. We prefer a handshake and a direct conversation over a long email thread. It’s just the way we’ve always operated. We're just local people building for others.
