Our setup, Balaji Sharu Iron & Steel Pvt Ltd., is out at Plot No-17 in K S Estate. It’s right by Village Nichi Mangali, near Phase-V11 of the Focal Point area. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always big trucks moving in and out throughout the day. The yard is quite big because we have to store a lot of iron and steel. We don’t have a fancy storefront with windows. It’s more of a functional place where work gets done. Most days start with checking what arrived overnight and planning out the deliveries. It’s a bit out of the way for some people, but being in the Focal Point area makes sense for the kind of heavy stuff we handle. The ground is often a bit uneven and it gets muddy when it rains, but that’s just life on a plot like this. We have a small office where we handle the billing and talk to the drivers. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, especially when things get busy in the afternoons. We aren't much for small talk; usually, it’s just about the weight and the price. We’ve been operating from this village area for a while and the locals know us well. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours, but we get it done. No corporate polish here, just a lot of steel and a lot of hard work. That's about it.
