Our space is up in Mehak Tower, specifically rooms 408 and 409. We’re located in the Civil Lines area of Ludhiana, right on the road that leads to the old Kailash Cinema. It’s a decent building, though the elevator is a bit slow some days. We’ve been in this office for several years now. It’s a bit bigger than some of the other places we’ve been, which is nice because we have more room for all the files we have to keep. Being in Civil Lines means we’re close to a lot of the main action in the city. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs for visitors, and shelves full of folders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture. We’re here to work. Usually, it's just the sound of typing and the occasional phone call. We handle a variety of tasks for different people, mostly just keeping their records straight and making sure they are following the rules. Ludhiana is a fast-paced city, so we try to keep up as best as we can. It’s not always easy, especially when the deadlines start approaching, but we manage. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time, and we like it that way. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
