Our factory is located at 2716 on the Ambala Byepass, in the New Janta Nagar area. We are on Street 23, right across from where the old Arora Palace used to be. It’s a good spot because being near the bypass makes it easier for the trucks to get in and out, though the traffic can be a real pain during the rush hours. We do a lot of manufacturing here. The building is a functional space with several different sections for production and storage. It’s not a pretty place, just a lot of concrete and metal roofing. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with a quick meeting to see what needs to be finished. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything, and the sound of the machines is constant from morning until evening. We employ a handful of local guys who live nearby in Janta Nagar. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything like that. We just focus on making the products as well as we can. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend half the day fixing a motor or a belt, which can be frustrating but that's just part of the job. We keep a small office near the front gate for paperwork and taking orders. Most of our day is spent out on the floor, though. It’s a busy, unpretentious place where we just try to get the work done.
