Avighan A.B. Steels Private Limited

Our yard and office are at C-139, Focal Point, Phase-5 in Ludhiana. This part of Punjab is very industrial, and we fit right in with the other steel businesses around here. Avighan A.B. Steels Private Limited deals with a lot of heavy metal products. There is always a crane moving things around or a truck being loaded up with steel bars and sheets. It is not the kind of place where you want to wear nice clothes because of all the dust and grease. We have a small building on the lot where we do the paperwork. The sound of metal hitting metal is something you hear all day long. We have to be careful with where we walk because there is stock piled up everywhere. The workers here are used to the heavy lifting. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing. We just focus on getting the steel out to the people who order it. In the winter, the air in Ludhiana gets quite chilly, but the work keeps everyone moving. We keep track of everything in big books and on the computer. It is a lot of logistics, making sure the right load goes to the right place. It is a hard job but it is honest work and we have been at it for some time now in this same corner of Phase-5.
