We've been over here at Phase-1 in the Urban Estate for quite a while now. The office is right on Chandigarh Road at number 426. It's not a big fancy place, just where we do our engineering work and talk to people about their projects. Most days involve a lot of technical drawings and looking at plans. We started Arushi Consultancy & Engineering Services because there was a need for practical help with local builds and technical stuff. It's usually just a few of us here. You'll probably see some old blueprints laying around and plenty of half-empty coffee mugs. We handle the engineering side of things, trying to make sure everything works the way it should before ground gets broken. Sometimes people come in with just a rough idea and we have to figure out if it’s actually possible to build. It’s quiet work mostly, unless the phones start going. We don’t really do much advertising. Most of the people who come to us found out from someone else in the neighborhood or another contractor. Living and working around Chandigarh Road means we know the local area pretty well. It’s a decent spot to be. We just keep our heads down and get the consulting done. If you walk past 426, you’ll see our sign. We try to be helpful without making things overly complicated. Engineering has a lot of rules and we just follow them to get the job finished right.
