Arora Steels

We’re located at 209-B in the Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty standard spot for a steel business. We have a yard where we keep most of the inventory, and it gets pretty full depending on what we’ve got coming in. Steel is heavy and hard to move, so we spend a lot of time with the crane and the forklift. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. Most of us have dirt under our fingernails and stains on our shirts by noon. We aren't big on formalities here. If a customer comes in, we just talk to them plainly about what we have in stock. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or try to push things people don't need. Our office is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs that have seen better days. It gets the job done for the paperwork part of the business. The estate itself is always a bit noisy, with the sounds of other workshops nearby. We’ve gotten used to it over time. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we just push through it. We aren't a massive company with a huge staff. We’re just a small crew making sure the steel gets to where it’s supposed to go. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just worry about the next order and making sure it's right.
