If you head down Chandigarh Road and turn into the Premier Complex, you’ll find Anmol Engineers. We occupy Street No.1, specifically units C3, 4, and 5. It is a decent-sized setup for the kind of engineering work we do here in Mangli Nichi. The shop floor is usually loud with the sound of machines going, which is just how it is in this part of town. We’ve got a group of guys who have been with us for years. They know their way around the equipment better than anyone. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or office stuff because most of our day is spent out back getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the yard gets a bit messy with scrap or parts waiting for pickup, but that’s just part of the process. Dealing with technical stuff requires a lot of focus, and we try to get the dimensions right every time. It isn't always perfect, things break down or shipments get delayed, but we deal with it as it comes. Being in Ludhiana, the competition is stiff, so we just try to be honest about what we can do and how long it will take. People come to us from all over the area because they know we are usually around even on late evenings. It’s a family-run kind of feeling here, even if it’s just a regular business. We just keep our heads down and keep the machines running, doing the work we know how to do.
