Finding us at 2380 & 81 in Sewak Pura can be a little tricky if it’s your first time here. We are tucked away on Street No. 8, specifically on the back side of Dera Kalsian. The area gets pretty crowded with trucks and bikes moving through the narrow lanes, so things are usually noisy from early morning until we close up for the night. AJIT MACHINE TOOLS INDUSTRIES has been operating out of this spot for a good while. The shop floor is filled with different machines and tools, most of them looking a bit worn from constant use. There’s no fancy air conditioning or anything, just some big fans that move the hot air around. We spend most of the day dealing with metal and grease. It’s hard work and the walls are covered in old calendars and notes we’ve scribbled over the years. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. If someone stops by, they usually just walk straight into the work area because there isn't really a front desk. We keep the spare parts in the back where it’s a bit darker. Sewak Pura is a busy place, and we are just one part of the noise. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s where we do everything for AJIT MACHINE TOOLS INDUSTRIES. It is just a regular machine shop life.
