If you come down to Street Number 7 in Guruarjan Dev Nagar, you’ll find us. Ajit Arts is situated near Samrala Chowk, which is a pretty busy intersection. Most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s a small shop, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We’ve got our tools and our materials spread out across the tables. It gets a bit messy sometimes, but that’s how we work. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time just sitting and focusing on the details of whatever project is in front of us. It’s quiet inside compared to the noise coming from Samrala Chowk. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. The floor is made of old concrete and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps us cool enough. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished for the day. There’s a small shop nearby that sells good samosas, so that’s usually our lunch. It’s a decent place to be, and we’ve been part of this street for a long time now. We don't plan on moving anytime soon because this place just feels like home to us. It is simple and it works for what we need to do.
