Aipl Ambuja Housing Urban Infrastructures Ltd

Our office for Aipl Ambuja Housing Urban Infrastructures Ltd is located at House Number 53 D in Rajguru Nagar. This is a residential part of Ludhiana, so it feels a lot more personal than being in a big industrial park. We have set things up in a way that feels comfortable for the staff who spend their whole day here. There are plenty of files and maps spread out on the tables, and the phone rings pretty often with questions from all over Punjab. We do not have a big team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing away the weekly reports. The building itself is just a regular house that we have converted into our workspace. It has got a small yard in front where we sometimes stand to get some sun in the winter. We don't have any polished corporate speeches or a list of goals on the wall. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to make sure we don't miss any details. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for tea, and we just deal with it like anyone else would. It is a practical, no-nonsense way of working that has suited us for a long time. We are just local people doing our jobs in a place that feels like home.
