Ahmad Khan Farm

If you go down Gill Road and head toward Sunder Singh Market, you will find our place. Ahmad Khan Farm has been around for some time, though the market has grown up a lot around us lately. It is a bit noisy with all the trucks and people buying things at the stalls, but we like the energy. Working on a farm means you are always busy with something, whether it is fixing a fence or checking on what is growing. We don't really have a big office or a front desk. Usually, if someone needs us, they just walk in and look for whoever is around. Most of the time we are covered in dirt or busy with the animals. It is a simple life and we do not try to make it seem like more than it is. The weather dictates most of our days. When it rains, everything slows down and we spend more time under the shed. The market nearby is good because we can get what we need without traveling too far into the main city area. Some of the families around here have known us for years. We just keep doing what we do every day without much fuss. It is not always easy work, and sometimes things break, but we just fix them and keep going. That is just how life goes here on the farm. We have a few old tractors that we keep running ourselves and we just take things as they come.
