Manik Enterprises

Manik Enterprises is based out in Maruthi Nagar 2, specifically on the 1st Main Road at 14th Cross in Khanna. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s where we’ve been for years. The shop is located in a residential patch, so we mostly see the same faces every day. We handle various household items and some general supplies that people in Khanna need. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack the crates. Sometimes it feels like we are playing a game of Tetris with the inventory. We open up pretty early before the heat gets too bad. My brother and I run the place together. We don't use fancy computers for everything; a lot of it is still done with a pen and a pad of paper. The 14th Cross can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time mopping the floor to keep the shop looking okay. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't have any big slogans or promises. If we have what you need, we sell it to you at the price on the packet. If we don’t have it, we try to get it in by the next week. It’s just a simple business in a quiet part of Maruthi Nagar 2. We keep things moving and that is about it.
