It’s a residential area, so it’s usually quite peaceful around the office. We converted a part of the house into our workspace a while back. It’s got a homey feel, not like those cold offices in the industrial zones. We spend our days tracking investments and handling infrastructure holdings. There’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls involved in what we do. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years now. We aren't the type of company that puts out big glossy brochures every month. Most of our work is done through established contacts. We like being on Dugri Road because it’s easy for people to find us without getting lost in the city center. There’s a big tree outside our gate that gives some nice shade in the afternoon. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay busy. There’s always a new project to look at or some documents that need filing.
