A Steelauder

A Steelauder is situated inside the Mbd Mall, right on the ground floor. We are on Ferozepur Road in the Rajguru Nagar area. If you find the IDBI Bank nearby, you’re basically there. Being in a mall is different from a standalone shop because there is always air conditioning and people walking around. We spend our days here talking to folks who stop by while they are out shopping for other things. It’s a nice spot, though it can get quite loud on the weekends when the mall is full of families. Our space isn’t huge, but we make use of every corner to show what we have. We try to keep things tidy, though by the end of a busy Saturday, it usually looks a bit lived-in. The staff here are just regular people who know a bit about the products. We don't go in for high-pressure sales stuff because that just annoys everyone. We just show you where things are and answer questions if you have them. Sometimes we have to deal with mall security or maintenance issues, which is just part of being in a big building like this. It’s a convenient location for people living in Rajguru Nagar. Parking is usually okay in the mall basement unless there is a big holiday. We’ve been in this mall for a bit now and recognize many of the regular mall-walkers.
