Universe Academy

You can find Universe Academy on the second floor of Gyan Bhavan. We are located right on Kapoorthala Road in Lucknow, tucked just behind the Modern Books shop. It is a good spot because students can grab their supplies downstairs and then come right up for their class. We have been in this building for some time now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to them, but the rooms are decent once you get up there. We deal with all sorts of students from the Kapoorthala area. It is a very busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, we just focus on the books. We did not want to make a big corporate-style academy. We just wanted a place where we could teach without too much fuss or extra overhead. Most of our furniture is basic and we have moved things around a few times to make more space as we grew. We are not fancy people. We just know our subjects and we like explaining them to the younger generation. Lucknow has a lot of coaching centers, but we just do our own thing here in Gyan Bhavan. Sometimes the electricity acts up during the summer, but we have a backup and we keep going. It is mostly local kids who come by after their regular school ends. We stay until the evening, usually talking through problems or checking homework. It is a steady routine and we like it.
