Yash Raj Institute Of Education is in Sector 6 of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. If you’ve been to Lucknow lately, you know Gomti Nagar is growing fast, and there are institutes everywhere. Ours is a simple place where we try to get some teaching done. The building has a few floors, and the rooms are lined with those basic plastic chairs and long tables. It’s usually pretty quiet inside until the batches change, and then the hallways get filled with students talking about their lessons. We have a lot of people coming in from different parts of the city because the transport to Sector 6 is decent. The office is right at the front, and it's always got a stack of brochures and admission forms sitting on the desk. We don’t have any big flashy lights or anything, just some tube lights and the usual hum of the city outside the windows. Sometimes the tea man comes by and drops off glasses for the staff. It’s a very routine kind of life here. We open up early, check the schedules, and make sure the markers are working. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few schedules and maybe a map. People come here to study and then they go home. It’s not more complicated than that. We just keep the doors open and make sure the rooms are ready for whoever shows up for the next session.
