Preston International Academy

We are located on Hardoi Road, right next to the Kakori railway flyover. You can't miss the sound of the trains passing by every so often, which kind of becomes background noise after a while. It is a fairly large building with several classrooms and a small office area. We spend our days managing the classes and making sure the students have the books they need. It is not a corporate school with uniforms for every staff member. We just wear what is comfortable and get on with the work. The halls can get a bit noisy during the break times, but that is just part of the environment here at Preston International Academy. We have got a small playground area out back that needs some more grass, but the kids don't seem to mind the dirt. Our desks in the main office are usually piled high with notebooks and attendance registers that need checking. The office is right at the front, so we see everyone who comes through the gate. We have been here at this spot near the flyover for a while now. It is a practical place for learning without too many distractions. The paint is peeling a little in the corners of the rooms, but we try to keep everything as tidy as possible. We do not use much fancy technology, just the usual chalkboards and paper. Some of us live in the neighborhood, so it is a short walk to work in the mornings.
