Start with the location at House No- 20. We’ve been at this spot in Janki Puram for a while now. The Migc area is usually quiet in the mornings, which is nice when we first get in. Most of us arrive around nine. We’re really close to the State Bank Colony, so it is easy to find if you’re coming from Ali Ghanj. It’s just a regular house setup where we handle the food side of things. Sometimes the traffic near the main road gets a bit much, but back here it’s okay. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the stock that comes in. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. Usually, one of us has to run out for small things at the local shops. It’s a busy place during the week, especially when the orders start piling up. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes get messy on the desks. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. It's just a bunch of people working together to keep the business moving. Nothing fancy, just the daily grind of managing the supply and making sure things get sent out where they need to go. If you walk past the State Bank branch, you’re basically there. We’ve got some plants out front that we try to water when we remember. That’s pretty much how it goes here at Smc Foods.
