We’re located at 95/40 in Ganesh Ganj. It’s an old part of town, very crowded and full of life every single day. Our business is sugar, and it’s been that way for a long time. The building is tucked away, so you really have to look closely for the house number on the door. Inside, it usually smells a bit sweet and sometimes a bit dusty from the jute sacks. We handle a lot of bulk sugar here. It’s heavy work, moving those big bags around. We aren't a massive factory, more of a local operation that handles the distribution and some of the basic processing. We have a few old scales that we still trust more than the new digital ones we bought recently. Ganesh Ganj is a busy place for trading, so there are always people coming by to check the daily prices or place an order for their own shops. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face or on the phone. It’s the old way of doing things, but it works for us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just sit outside on the stools and talk until it comes back on. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We know most of the other traders around here. We just keep the sugar moving and try to stay organized.
