Klassic Food Products

Klassic Food Products is based at 111 Keshav Bhaduri Road, which is right in the Baroni Khandak area. It’s an old neighborhood with narrow streets, so we have to be careful when the bigger trucks come to drop off supplies. Our building isn't very new, but it’s sturdy and gives us enough room for our small production line. We mostly work with local ingredients and try to keep things as simple as possible. The kitchen area has a few big stainless steel tables where we do all the prep work by hand. We find that doing it manually helps us keep a better eye on things. There’s no big fancy office here, just a wooden table where I sit to do the accounts and a few chairs for when a neighbor or a supplier stops by for a chat. We’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know most of the people who walk past our door every day. We don’t do any big advertising campaigns or anything like that. Most of our customers are people who have been buying from us for years. We just try to make sure that every batch we produce is decent and that we don’t run out of stock. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the machines are running, and we like it that way. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done.
