You can find Singham Restaurant on the link road in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. We are pretty close to the Meena Market area. It is a straightforward eating house where we serve the local crowd. We have been operating from this spot for a few years now. The interior is just basic tables and some fans to keep the air moving during the hot Lucknow summers. We don’t spend much on decorations or fancy lighting because we think the food is what matters most. My staff and I get here early to start the prep work. We chop the vegetables and get the spices ready for the day's specials. A lot of people from the nearby offices come in for lunch because we try to be quick with the food we bring out. It gets a bit noisy when the place is full, but that’s just how it is. We try to keep the floors clean and the water jugs filled up for the tables. Sometimes the traffic on the link road makes it hard to find a spot for a car, but most people arrive on bikes anyway. We aren't part of any big chain, just a local spot in Indira Nagar. Most of our regular customers know us by our first names. We don’t use any special marketing tricks, we just cook what people like to eat every day.
