Ashiyana Muradabadi Restaurant

We are located at GR- 9 in the Shahid Complex on Faizabad Road. It’s a busy spot in Indira Nagar, especially being so close to Lekhraj Dollar. Most days, the kitchen gets started early in the morning because there is always a lot of prep work to do with the rice and the meat. We’ve got a small team here who have been working together for a long time now. The street outside is usually full of cars and people heading to work or the shops nearby. We mostly focus on getting the food right and making sure there is enough for the lunch rush. It’s not a big, quiet dining room; it’s more of a place where people stop in when they are hungry and want something real to eat. Lucknow is known for good food, so we just try to do our part in this little corner of Indira Nagar. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the tables stay full, but we keep things clean and keep the plates moving. We don't spend money on fancy menus or decorations that don't really matter for the taste. It’s just us here in the Shahid Complex, serving the locals and whoever happens to be passing through on Faizabad Road. Being near the landmark makes it easy for people to find us. We are just regular people running a kitchen and trying to make sure nobody leaves with an empty stomach. It is hard work but we are used to it and like being part of the neighborhood.
