We are over here at 16/C.P.108 in Sector-16 Indira Nagar. Most days it is just us at Shriradheyshyam Roller Flour Millprivate Limited getting the machines ready and making sure the wheat gets processed. It gets a bit loud sometimes with the rollers going, but that is how it is. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We have been in this spot for a while now. The space is not very large, but it works for what we do. You see the bags coming in and the flour going out. There is always dust in the air, but you get used to it after a week. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, which is frustrating. We just sit there and wait for the power to come back so we can finish the work. My hands are usually covered in white powder by noon. It's a simple life really. We try to keep the place tidy but with flour it is hard. The walls have some marks on them. We just keep our heads down and do the work. If you walk past C.P.108 you will probably hear the hum of the mill. That is just us doing what we do every single day.
