Our business, Sarvagny Foods & Beverages LLP, is located in South City, Lucknow. The specific address is J 22. South City is a nice part of Lucknow, fairly organized compared to the old city areas. We deal with food and beverage items from our office here. It’s not a large place, just a simple room where we handle our business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the computer. Lucknow has a certain way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup. We are just a local LLP. We have a couple of desks and a small area for meetings, though most meetings happen over a cup of chai. The street outside is usually quiet, which we like. It helps us focus on the tasks at hand. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who have been here from the start. We handle the orders as they come in and try to keep our customers happy without any big promises or slogans. It’s just about getting the food and drinks to where they need to go. We like being in Lucknow. The food here is great, and the people are generally friendly. We just do our bit and keep the business running. Every morning we open up the office and check what needs to be delivered that day. It is simple enough.
