Saathi Restaurant

We have been running Saathi Restaurant for a good while now. Our place is at 69/70, Ghazal Plaza, which is right in the middle of the Tempo Stand Lane in Mahanagar. If you know Lucknow, you know how busy this area can get. We are situated in M Block, right near the Gol Market. It’s a very active spot. Every morning, we come in and start the work. It’s not fancy or anything. There’s a lot of noise from the tempos outside, and people are always rushing to the market. We just have our small space here in the plaza. We aren't some big corporation with a fancy head office. It’s just us. Sometimes the lane gets so crowded it's hard to move, but that's just life in Mahanagar. We see a lot of students and office people who are just looking for a quick bite. We keep the place as tidy as we can and just focus on the cooking. There aren't any big secrets to what we do. We just use the space we have at Ghazal Plaza. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we are still here at number 69/70. It’s a simple life, honestly. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us because they are already in the Gol Market or heading to the tempo stand. It’s a practical location for a local restaurant like ours. We just keep going every day and try to stay organized.
