Raj Biryani Corner

We are over here at shop number 11 and 12 on the main Kanpur Road in Lucknow. It is right near Gayani Dhaba in the Hind Nagar MOD area, specifically near Purani Chungi. Most people know this part of the road because of the traffic and how busy it gets during the afternoons. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular corner where people stop by when they are passing through Hind Nagar. The chairs are simple. The fans work most of the time. You can see the cars zooming past on the highway toward the airport while you sit here. The weather in Lucknow gets quite hot, so the shade of the shop is helpful for the workers and the folks who drop in. We open up in the morning and stay busy until the evening rush starts. It is a lot of work keeping things clean with all the dust coming off Kanpur Road, but we try our best every day. There are other shops around us, but people usually recognize the sign for Raj Biryani Corner once they get past the Chungi. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is ready for the lunch crowd. It is just a basic local business trying to keep going in a busy part of the city.
