Our office in Lucknow is situated right across from the State Ayurvedic College on Tulsidas Marg. We are in the Kerbala Campus area, which is always full of people and cars. Sometimes it is quite a challenge to find a place to park because of the college students and staff. We have been at this Old Haider Ganj location for many years now. The building is an older structure, but it is solid and works fine for us. We deal with certification services, which means we have to manage a lot of physical documents and application forms. It can get a bit dusty in the office with all the stacks of paper everywhere. We do not have a flashy reception area or expensive furniture. When you walk in, you will just see our team working at their desks. It is a very local operation and we know many of the people who live and work nearby. Sometimes the electricity goes out, which is common here, but we have a small generator to keep the computers running. Lucknow has its own slow and steady pace, and we fit into that quite well. We are not trying to be a giant corporation. We just want to do our job properly and help the clients who come to see us. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a long time. We have a small area where we make tea and eat our lunch together. It is a very normal and everyday office.
