NOODLES STATION

You can find NOODLES STATION over in Sector-C of Indira Nagar here in Lucknow. We are situated quite close to Eram Degree College, so as you can imagine, we see a lot of students throughout the week. They usually come in groups between their classes for a quick bite. We started this place because we saw there weren't many spots nearby where you could get a decent bowl of noodles without spending too much money. It’s not a very large space, but we’ve managed to fit in enough seating for the lunch rush. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the summer, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t really have a complicated menu. We just stick to what we know how to cook well. Every morning starts with chopping a lot of onions and cabbage and getting the sauces ready. Sometimes the college kids stay a bit longer to finish their assignments, and we don't mind as long as it's not too crowded. Being in Indira Nagar is nice because it feels like a real community where everyone knows each other. We’ve seen many students graduate and leave, and then new ones come in every year. It keeps us busy and the atmosphere lively. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in Lucknow, just a reliable spot where you can get something hot to eat when you're hungry. That's really all there is to it for us.
