Mohan dhaba

So we are down in the basement here on Faizabad Road. It’s a busy part of Indira Nagar, right near the Nilgiri side of things. Sometimes the stairs get a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside on the main road, but that’s just how it is in Lucknow. We’ve been at Mohan dhaba for a while now. It’s not a fancy place with big lights or anything like that. Just a simple spot where people come in when they are hungry and want to sit down for a bit. You can hear the cars honking outside while you eat. We open up early and stay till late evening. Most people around here know the basement spot because it stays a bit cooler than being right on the street during the summer months. Lucknow gets really hot, you know? The walls are just painted plain and we keep the tables wiped down as much as we can. It’s mostly regular folks who work around Indira Nagar or people passing through on their way to other parts of the city. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. Sometimes we run out of things or the delivery is late, but we manage. If you are looking for us, just find the basement sign near the main road. It’s easy to miss if you are driving too fast.
