Mirchi kola restaurant

Our restaurant is located on Kanpur Road in the Aashiyana area. We are very close to the Aashiyana Chauraha, which is a major point in this part of Lucknow. It's a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going by at all hours of the day and night. We have a modest space here where we set up the tables for our customers. The 226012 area has grown a lot, and we've been here to see it happen over the years. We don't go in for anything too fancy or polished. The walls are plain, and the furniture is just basic stuff that works for a meal. We focus mostly on what’s happening in the kitchen. Every morning we get the supplies delivered and start the cooking process. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now. Sometimes the power goes out, or the traffic outside gets stuck, but we just keep going anyway. We serve the people who live nearby or those who are just traveling along Kanpur Road. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. We just rely on people seeing our sign and coming in for a meal when they are hungry. It's an honest living, and we take it one day at a time. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the whole place. We just want to make sure everyone who comes in leaves feeling satisfied and full.
