You can find Kgn Restaurant at Shop No 1 in Aliganj. We are located right at the Tehri Puliya Chauraha. It’s a very busy intersection in Lucknow, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. We are quite close to the Jama Masjid and Avadh Bazar, which means we get a lot of people stopping by after they finish their shopping or prayers. The restaurant isn't very big, just a simple shop. We focus on getting the food out to the tables quickly. It gets really crowded during the lunch hours and in the evenings. The noise from the Chauraha is constant, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been in Aliganj for a long time. Our kitchen is small and we work in a very tight space. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes if it’s been a particularly busy afternoon. We don't have any fancy decor or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time. It’s just a local spot for a quick meal. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We know most of our regulars by name. It’s not a polished place. The tables are basic and we don't use fancy plates. We just serve the food we know how to make. If you’re near Avadh Bazar, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a straightforward business. The street outside is always full of rickshaws and bikes constantly moving.
