We've been here at Ajay Plaza on Picnic Spot Road for a while now. Most people know us because we're right near the Aryawart Gramin Bank in Indira Nagar. It gets busy around here, especially in the evenings when folks are headed home or out for a walk. We mostly focus on getting the food right. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where you can get something to eat without much fuss. My brother and I run things here, and we try to keep it simple. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit loud when orders pile up, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s a good location because people coming from the picnic spot often stop by. We don’t really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us or hear about us from their neighbors. If you’re walking down Picnic Spot Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside, but we keep the place clean. We spend most of our day prepping in the back. Lucknawi food is what people expect around here, so we try to stick to what we know. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We just want to make sure the food tastes like it should. No big corporate plans, just a local shop in Lucknow.
