Gupta Bhjanalya

We are located right near the Tempo Stand in Nishatganj. If you are in Lucknow and taking a tempo, you probably know this area very well. It is always busy with people coming and going. Gupta Bhjanalya has been here serving the local crowd for a long time. It is a plain place, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done for anyone who is hungry. We have simple benches and tables for anyone who needs a meal. The kitchen is always going from morning to night. We do not have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot in Nishatganj. We open early because that is when the workers and commuters start moving. The tempo stand makes it a bit loud outside, but inside we just focus on the cooking. We do not use fancy words to describe what we do here. We just cook and serve. That is it. Sometimes it gets crowded and you might have to share a table with a stranger, but nobody seems to mind much. We have seen the streets of Lucknow change over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. The furniture is just basic wood and metal. We do not really care about being fancy. We just care about making sure there is enough food for the next person who walks in from the street. It is a lot of standing in a small space.
