Green Sea Export

Green Sea Export is on the second floor of Ashoka Tower, specifically at S-4, 19/E-2, Ashok Marg. We are right opposite Indira Bhawan, which is a big landmark around here. Being on the second floor means we have to haul everything up and down the stairs or use the old lift when it’s working. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and the chatter of people on the phone. We’ve been at this Ashok Marg address for a long time. It’s a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside. We handle exports, which means a lot of coordination between suppliers and the shipping agents. Our desks are usually buried under piles of invoices and customs forms. It’s not a very pretty office; the carpets are a bit worn and the paint is peeling in the corners. But it’s where we get things done. We don’t have a marketing team to make us look more important than we are. We are just a group of people trying to keep the export cycles moving. Sometimes the internet goes down and we all just sit around talking until it comes back. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to make sure nothing gets lost in transit. It’s a busy, sometimes stressful environment, but we’ve grown to like the rhythm of it at Ashoka Tower.
