GAIA RESTAURANT

GAIA RESTAURANT is located on Raebareli road in Lucknow. We are pretty close to the OP Chaodhary Hospital so a lot of people use that as a reference point when they are trying to find us. This area 226012 has grown quite a bit recently. We’ve stayed here through the changes. It’s a straightforward restaurant. We don't have any corporate offices or big bosses in suits telling us what to do. It’s just us running the place every day. The atmosphere is just what you’d expect from a local spot on a busy road. People coming from the hospital or heading into the city stop by. We have a mix of regular customers and people who are just passing through once. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when it's busy it gets a little chaotic. That’s just how it goes in a real kitchen. We aren't trying to win any awards or anything. We just want to make sure people have a place to sit and eat. The staff is local and they talk to everyone like they’ve known them forever. It’s a bit informal but that’s how we like it. Raebareli road can get loud with all the trucks and cars but inside it’s okay. We just keep the doors open and stay busy with the work at hand for the neighborhood.
