Fest Food Chains Private Limited

We are over in Virat Khand, specifically at 2/282. Gomti Nagar is a nice place to be in Lucknow. Fest Food Chains isn’t a huge operation like the name might make you think. We are just a few people working out of this spot. The kitchen gets really hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We mostly spend our time prepping ingredients and managing the logistics of the food. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address. People in the colony know we are here. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the house number, so we have to stand out on the street and wave them down. It's a bit of a mess during the lunch rush, but we enjoy the chaos. We aren't polished or corporate. Our desks are covered in notebooks and tea stains. We just like making food that people want to eat. There’s no secret formula, just regular cooking and a lot of cleaning up afterward. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay as long as we can. It’s a solid little business in 226010 and we’re happy with that. We don't have meetings about growth or strategy, we just talk about what needs to be cooked today and who is going to deliver it. It’s honest work for those of us involved.
