Didis Foods

We are Didis Foods, and we set up shop at No 3/1 in Gomti Nagar. We are really close to the Study Hall School, so during the mornings and afternoons, the whole street is packed with school buses and parents. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in. Our place isn’t a massive factory, it’s more of a local kitchen and distribution spot. We spend a lot of our time prepping ingredients and getting things ready for the day's orders. The kitchen is always a bit hot and someone is usually humming a tune while they work. We don't use any fancy titles for each other; we all just jump in and do whatever needs doing. Whether it is washing up or packing the bags, everyone helps. Gomti Nagar is a nice area, and being near the school gives us a good sense of the community. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of orders at once, but we just buckle down and get through it. We don't have a big corporate manual or a polished way of speaking. We just tell it like it is. If a delivery is late because of the traffic near Study Hall School, we just let people know. It’s a simple business run by people who care about what they are making. We are just over here at 3/1, doing our best to keep things moving.
