Creative Convent College

Creative Convent College is situated right on the Kanpur Road side of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. It’s a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road. The school has been here for a while, and the building has seen a lot of students pass through its doors. We have a mix of ages here, which keeps the staff pretty busy from morning until the afternoon bell. Gomti Nagar has grown a lot, but our spot remains a constant for the families around here. The classrooms are basic, filled with wooden desks and blackboards that always need a good wipe. We spend a lot of time on the daily schedule, making sure the older students are focused and the younger ones aren't causing too much trouble in the hallways. It’s a standard school environment where the priority is just getting through the syllabus. We don't have fancy grass fields, just the concrete areas where the kids hang out during lunch. The teachers here are quite practical. They deal with the heat in the summer and the dampness during the monsoons just like everyone else in Lucknow. We focus on the books and the exams because that’s what the parents expect. It’s a straightforward operation. We open the gates early, handle the classes, and try to keep things orderly until everyone goes home in the evening. There's always something to fix or a desk to mend, but it keeps us busy.
